This is an Art Nouveau 1910s style Sterling belt buckle by East Coast American jeweler & silversmith William B. Kerr & Co. It is just under 2 in by 3 in. It is in great shape, and should be just fine for gentle wear. It features a elegant cream and blue cobalt enamel scroll design.
